The Bruel & Kjaer 2237 sound meter is used to measure sound levels. It is type-approved in Italy for sound pollution tests expected in vehicle service environments in compliance with the MCTCNet2 standard. Includes supply of a pair of metrology booklets for entering regular check results.
The device belongs to the category of group X sound meters in accordance with IEC 1672. In other words, it is an stand-alone, battery-operated instrument that measures sound levels without any need for external connection to another type of instrument.
