Support is one of the strengths of our company and allows us to maintain a direct relationship with our customers. The skill of our operators is the result of continuous investment in in-house training. Courtesy and willingness underpin our day-to-day work and mean we are acknowledged as sound and reliable partner.

We believe that the quality of a software product can mainly be assessed on the basis of the support service delivered to customers.
MMB now has a support department made up of 18 expert engineers who are employed exclusively to support and maintain the software applications installed in the automotive market.
Customers access the support service after signing an agreement drawn up by MMB based on specific criteria of transparency and professionalism.

They can then download the contractual conditions referred to in contract forms 8.2; 8.3; 8.4 and 8.5, which can be proposed by customers and have been in use since 10 June 2013.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the contract terms and conditions.
MMB and the distribution network on hand to supply any information necessary.
